Rick Hatcher – Chairman and President
Rick is currently the Executive Director of the Treasure Coast Sports Commission in Port St. Lucie, Florida. He has more than 20 years’ experience in sports tourism and event management including Business Development Director for PSA Sports, Executive Director for two Sports Commissions and Sports Marketplace Coordinator for Connect Sports with Collinson Media and Events
Ginger Kane – First Vice President, President-Elect
For the past 30 years, Ginger has served as partner (and currently president) of TKO, a branding design and development firm located in Orlando, Florida. She is a past board member of Florida Citrus Sports, host of the Camping World Bowl and VRBO Citrus Bowl as well as past chair of Athlete Connections Foundation. She has served on the board of the Florida Sports Hall of Fame since 2012
John Kearney – Treasurer
A former CPA, John has owned, operated and been an officer of many companies throughout his career. He is currently Chairman, CEO of Advance raining Systems, a developer of simulators for driving and training on the simulators. He is also Chairman of KML Foundation, an organization dedicated to providing grants to youth seeking an education.
Keyna Cory – Secretary
Keyna is president of Public Affairs Consulting, a Tallahassee-based Public Affairs Company that provides Governmental Consulting, Lobbying, Grass Roots and Association Services. She has been a board member of the Florida Sports Hall of Fame since 2016.
Dean Baker – Regional Vice President

John Reger, Jr. – Regional Vice President
Barry Smith – President Emeritus
Barry has been an instrumental player in the sports marketing, special events and promotions for nearly 30 years in the Tampa, Florida area through his company, Sports Time Productions. He served as president of the Florida Sports Hall of Fame during its pivotal tenure from 2015 – 2020. Football fans may remember the wide receiver from Florida State who was a first-round draft pick of the Green Bay Packers and also spent a year with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
